Seminal fluid examination aimed at determining a series of parameters useful for diagnosing possible seminal pathologies. The standardized examination involves the evaluation of the volume, pH, appearance, odor, viscosity and fluidization of the sample, as well as the evaluation of the concentration of spermatozoa, their morphology and motility. The presence of non-sperm cells and possibly the presence of antibodies adhered to the surface of the motile spermatozoa are also reported.
