Acute or chronic inflammatory-infectious process, frequently associated with phimosis and predisposing dysmetabolic pathologies (diabetes mellitus), affecting the balono-preputial space with extension to the mucous membranes of the glans penis, the foreskin, the coronal sulcus and the urethral meatus.
