Uro-andrological glossary

Plastic device connected to a pump that creates the vacuum, allowing, once applied to the penile base, a passive filling of the corpora cavernosa. The additional application of a rubber ring to the penile base allows maintaining rigidity. The most frequent side effects are pain and ecchymosis.
