Persistent or recurrent ejaculatory activity before, or immediately following, vaginal penetration and before the subject wants it, due to the inability to exercise control over the ejaculatory reflex on a psychogenic, inflammatory basis (possible association with chronic inflammation of the posterior urethra and prostate ) or neurological (possible association with multiple sclerosis).
