La Peyronie's disease

Idiopathic pathology of the shaft characterized by the local formation of phlogistic-fibrotic plaques, starting from the Buck fascia, from the albuginea or from the intercavernosal septum, responsible, during the erection, for painful curvatures of the penis due to the lack of extensibility of the plaques with respect to the tunic albuginea intact. In the evolution of the pathology, a second degenerative phase follows at an initial inflammatory stage.
